RESPONSIBILITES:
1) Setup and Process all Student Data Software (SASI) which includes:
a) scheduling and construction of courses in SASI
b) student demographic information
c) student attendance data
d) student report cards, standardized test scores and transcripts
e) all maintenance of SASI

2) All State Reports to the Department of Education for the District:
a) SIMS Reports in October, December, March, June
b) Acquiring all student SASID #'s from the DOE
c) Coordinate all district files and reports to the DOE
d) Prepare school/staff data for NCLB purposes

3) Programming of the ConnectEd Software System (District-Wide Telephone System)
a) importing of student telephone numbers into the phone system
b) importing of staff telephone numbers into the phone system

4) Student Photo ID Cards
a) Oversee the production of student photo ID cards for all middle school and high school students.
