Caribbean Music by Manguito

Manguito performed Music from the Caribbean; Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. They showed students how it developed from its roots in African Music brought over as a result of the slave trade.  Students were able not only experience the music as an audience but they also sang, played percussion instruments and danced.
