Arts Can Teach: Survival of the Fittest

Ms. Lucille Ferragamo's fifth grade class is this year's ACT (Art's Can Teach) performers.  They are preparing for a presentation, titled, "Survival Of The Fittest".

The theme of this dance theater piece will focus on the social relationships of preteens as they play and work together day by day.  Students will sing, dance, and tumble across the stage illustrating classroom situations they
encounter in the playground; a natural habitat and the structured format of the teacher guided classroom situation.

The production is produced and choreographed by Lillian Carter.  Ms. Carter designed the performance in similar fashion to a National Geographic Special.
