Lincoln School Administration

Welcome to Abraham Lincoln Elementary School

Alternative Text

A school of approximately 700 early childhood through grade five students, the Lincoln is one of six elementary schools in Revere.  We seek to provide rigorous and relevant academic experiences that foster relationships through collaboration, perseverance, and productive struggle.  We believe it is important that everyone in our school community is excited to be working collaboratively.  This attitude enables us to meet the challenges of academic excellence in a positive, fun, and supportive environment.

Concepts of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) are taught at all grade levels.  Creating an inclusive environment where students feel comfortable to take risks is what we attribute to our continuous success.  We seek to create and maintain a common language when discussing SEL themes.  This common language makes our students become more and more familiar with SEL concepts and expectations as they advance grade levels.

Our work with the Massachusetts Consortium for Innovative Educational Assessment (MCIEA) has received attention from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), legislators, and district administrators statewide.  Lincoln teachers offer a weekly Department Night that focuses on specific subject content areas.  We also have numerous specialists who focus on ELL services, special education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, the arts, technology, physical education, and teacher coaching.

We are proud of our inclusive community.  At the Lincoln, our faculty and staff seeks to work collaboratively to continue develop a culture of joy, respect, and high achievement.
